An accomplished professional with over 18 years experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and engineering development and analysis, Bill now directs Orasi’s Resource Enablement Group which is responsible for the recruitment and training of entry-level resources as well as the ongoing training of all consulting teams. Prior to his current position, he served as Area Vice President, Professional Services and Senior Consulting Manager for Orasi and holds HP certifications in Quality Center and Performance Center. Before helping found Orasi, Bill was co-owner and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for Intellect Quality Solutions, a software quality assurance and test automation services provider. In addition, he served as Competency Center Manager for Starbase where he was responsible for the internal training and education of the post-sales consulting teams. As a Technology Engineer for TBI, Bill focused on services, training, and pre-sales activities for Mercury Interactive’s (now HP’s) automated testing tools as well as TBI’s CaliberRM requirements management tool.
Prior to joining TBI, Bill was a Senior Engineer for The Boeing Company and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
